This website was made as a response to the lack of information about Capoeira in English, on the world wide web. There is a huge amount of information about Capoeira in Brazilian-Portuguese, but what about in English? Hopefully this is just the beginning of a great knowledge repository for a wonderful art form.

To me...A Brazilian Martial Art/Art form; that has inspired people around the world... but this website has been developed as a project for people to read and learn about Capoeira so that they can form their own opinion of what it is.
Of course this isn't exactly a huge debate, there is a wide concensus as to the definition of Capoeira, but the point is to truly know for yourself...
